If your mind is feeling sluggish and slow, consider adding more Omega 3s into your diet. High level of Omega 3s helps ensure optimal mental performance, while low levels of Omega 3s have actually been associated with depression and Alzheimer’s, among other mental illnesses.  To incorporate more Omega 3s into your diet, simply add or increase your consumption of the following to your diet: flaxseed, English walnuts, chia seeds, fish, and fish oils.
