Thanksgiving Tip of the Day

The day is finally here, Happy Thanksgiving everyone!  Our finally Thanksgiving tip of the day is a simple one: practice moderation.  You can still have a delicious Thanksgiving, while being healthy and not busting your belt and calorie count.  You can enjoy a tasty treat here or there, as long as you don’t gorge yourself on it.  Don’t fill up your dishes with additional toppings.  If you are going to add toppings, remember that a little bit will go a long way. If you follow our tips and tricks for healthy Thanksgiving eating, your stomach, and your waistline, will thank you!
