Thanksgiving Tip of the Day

Yesterday, we discussed the potential downfall of eating potatoes.  If you are going to serve or eat potatoes, there are some ways to make your dish healthier!  More instance, consider nixing butter from your potato recipe; one serving of butter, which is a teaspoon or the size of a single die, contains 36 calories.  As a healthy and yummy alternative, try mixing in chicken broth, garlic, and herbs to give your potatoes a deliciously healthy new twist!
