Thanksgiving Tip of the Day

A full serving of turkey may not be as big as you think: it is 3 ounces, or about the same size as a full deck of cards.  Moreover, dark meat has more calories than white meat, with dark meat coming in at 145 calories, and white meat is 132 calories.  If you want to decrease your calories even further, consider eating white meat without the skin; this will bring your calories count down to a mere 119 calories.
