Sex is not a dirty act that you need to be ashamed of. In fact the practice of sex is very healthy to the human body. Not only is it moderate exercise, it has been proven to boost immunity, improve heart health, and lower blood pressure. Sex has also been shown to release pain-reducing hormones that help with back pain, muscle aches, and even headaches. So the next time you are thinking you are just too tired, have a headache, or are just not in the mood, remember sex has a host of benefits for the body and mind that will cause you to release chemicals that make you feel closer to your partner, reduce your stress, and improve your sleep.
